On October 2, 2023, Resurrection Church hosted an engaging and thought-provoking evening dedicated to United Methodists, where we delved into the current state and future outlook of the United Methodist Church. The evening started with Adam Hamilton summarizing where the UMC is today. Then Bishop Mande Muyambo from Congo, leader of the largest annual conference in Africa (North Katanga), Bishop Tracy Smith Malone of East Ohio and Bishop Tom Berlin of Florida were invited up for a fascinating panel discussion. Author, Dr. Paul Chilcote, who serves at Cambridge as a research fellow in Wesley studies, shared an inspiring message on the work of United Methodism.
