Breakthrough Prayer

Timeless God, challenge us to know your radical love that created each person in your image. Open us to wonder, as we work for justice with kindness following the example of Christ. Amen.

Prayer Requests

We believe God hears and answers prayer. Your prayer concerns are important to Bethany United Methodist Church. Fill in this form to notify a pastor of your concerns.

Options for Families

Feel free to bring your children into the Sanctuary. God put the wiggles into children and they are a joy to have in our community. If you prefer, in the lobby just outside the Sanctuary is another area where parents can listen and see the service. Rocking chairs and toys are available in this area. We also offer a nursery for children ages five and younger.

Communion

At Bethany we normally serve communion on the first Sunday of each month.  Our communion is an “open table,” meaning everyone is welcome.  You do not have to be a member of Bethany or any other congregation, to participate in communion.  Also, so that all may participate, we serve gluten free bread and grape juice.

Cab Service

One of Bethany’s primary goals is to provide a Caring Ministry to members of the church family. To help meet this goal, Bethany provides a Sunday morning cab service for persons who otherwise would be unable to attend worship.  More information is available from the Church Office.
